【テイストノート　taste note】 ジャスミンフローラル、オレンジやライチの果実感 冷めてもジューシーでチョコレートやハニーのような甘い余韻 Jasmine floral aromas, juicy orange and lychee notes, with a sweet lingering finish reminiscent of chocolate and honey. ------------------ 【ストーリー】 今回紹介するのは、オーナーが現地でカッピングを行い、その品質に惹かれて買い付けた特別なロットです。 コロンビアを代表するスペシャルティコーヒー生産者、Café Granja La Esperanza（CGLE）。世界的な評価を受けるヘレラ家が手掛ける農園グループであり、その名を世界に知らしめたゲイシャの名門として知られています。 今回ご紹介するのは、CGLEのフラッグシップ農園「Cerro Azul」で生産されたゲイシャ種。パナマから持ち帰ったゲイシャを最初に定植した歴史的な農園であり、標高2,000mに迫る冷涼な環境の中で、複雑な酸質と豊かな甘さを育みます。 本ロットは、好気発酵・嫌気発酵・二次発酵を組み合わせた独自の発酵プロセスを採用。発酵由来の華やかな果実味をお楽しみいただけます。 フローラルな香りと明るい果実味、そして長く続く甘い余韻。CGLEが長年培ってきた栽培技術と発酵設計の魅力を存分に感じられる特別なゲイシャです。 ------------------------------------------------------ This exceptional lot was personally selected by our owner during a visit to Colombia, where coffees were carefully evaluated and sourced directly at origin. Produced by Café Granja La Esperanza (CGLE), one of Colombia’s most renowned specialty coffee producers, this Geisha comes from their flagship farm, Cerro Azul. Located at elevations of up to 2,000 meters, the farm's cool climate and unique terroir contribute to the coffee’s remarkable complexity, sweetness, and clarity. This lot undergoes a carefully controlled multi-stage fermentation process, combining aerobic, anaerobic, and secondary fermentation. The result is a cup that beautifully balances vibrant fruit character. Expect floral aromatics, bright fruit notes, and a long, sweet finish.
