このたび、数量限定でスペシャルなブレンドをご用意しました。 現在、私たちマーメイドコーヒーから、サイフォンの大会で3名のファイナリストが決勝へ進んでいます。 決勝で使用するコーヒーを選定するため、さまざまな豆をテストし焙煎を重ねてきました。 その過程で生まれたのが、今回の「PANAMA 100% SPECIAL BLEND」です。 メインとなるのは、Lost Origin、Abu、Lamáastus、Lerida。 それぞれ異なる個性を持つパナマのコーヒーを組み合わせ、単一農園・単一ロットとはまた違う、複雑さと華やかさを楽しめるブレンドに仕上げました。 今回のブレンドに使用している豆は、すべて同じ日に焙煎したものではありません。大会決勝用のコーヒーを選定するため、テスト焙煎を重ねる中で、それぞれの豆の個性を引き出すことを優先し、焙煎度やアプローチも細かく変えています。 一般的な販売用の焙煎とは異なる、試行錯誤の中で生まれたロットも含まれています。 そうした異なる焙煎日の豆を組み合わせていますが、華やかな香りだけでなく、奥行きや複雑さのある味わいを目指しました。 通常の商品とは異なる背景を持つブレンドですが、今回は特別価格で販売いたします。大会に向けた選定とテストの過程で生まれたコーヒーを、できるだけ多くの方に楽しんでいただきたいという思いから、この価格でご用意しました。 店頭限定で販売したところ、数日で完売してしまったブレンドです。 大会に向けて私たちが実際にテストし、焙煎してきたパナマのコーヒーを、ぜひこの機会にお楽しみください。 We are excited to introduce our limited-edition“PANAMA 100% SPECIAL BLEND.” Three members of our team have advanced to the finals of a siphon coffee competition.
