Wine-like complexity and depth, complemented by rich chocolate notes and a lingering jasmine floral finish. ------------------ 【ストーリー】 今回ご紹介するのは、オーナーが現地コロンビアでカッピングを行い、その品質に惹かれて買い付けた特別なロットです。 生産者は、コロンビアを代表するスペシャルティコーヒー生産者として知られる Café Granja La Esperanza（CGLE）。世界的に高い評価を受けるヘレラ家が手掛ける農園グループであり、希少品種と革新的な精製技術で知られています。 本ロットは、CGLE最大規模の農園「Las Margaritas」で生産されたゲイシャ種。豊かな水資源に恵まれた環境にありながら、水を使わずミューシレージを残して仕上げるハニープロセスを採用しています。 さらに、天日乾燥と機械乾燥を組み合わせた独自の「分割乾燥プロセス」によって、複雑で多層的なアロマを引き出しています。CGLEならではの精密な発酵・乾燥技術が生み出す、華やかさと奥行きを兼ね備えた特別なゲイシャをお楽しみください。 ------------------------------------------------------ This exceptional lot was personally selected by our owner during a sourcing trip to Colombia, where coffees were carefully evaluated through cupping at origin. Produced by Café Granja La Esperanza (CGLE), one of Colombia's most celebrated specialty coffee producers, this Geisha comes from Las Margaritas, the largest farm within the CGLE group. The Herrera family is internationally recognized for combining rare varieties with innovative processing techniques. Although surrounded by abundant natural water resources, this lot is processed using a Honey method, leaving a portion of the mucilage on the parchment to enhance sweetness and complexity. A unique split-drying process combines both sun-drying and controlled mechanical drying, creating layered aromatics and remarkable depth.
